I need a fire staff, I'm really wanting something along the lines of this:

Insightful (insert staff name here) of Mastery [or Fire Magic]
Halves Skill Recharge of spells
Energy +10
Fire Dmg 11-22 (Req 9 Fire Magic)
Energy +5
Fire Magic +1 (Chance: 20%)
Inscription: "Seize the day."
Energy +15
Energy Regeneration -1

Basically, I want a fire staff of any skin that raises my energy by 30. Thanks.

- Inscription: "Seize the day." (5k)
- Insightful Staff Head (1k)
- Staff Wraping of Mastery (5k)

all mods still didn't add to staff (incase you want to put them in the order you want )

20k for everything (negotiable)
